An example of packaging being sold on Ebay

Consumers are being fooled by professional packaging with black market products.

The intention of this post is to make sure we are keeping retailers informed to be able to share the information with their customer base.

Online retailers selling empty carts and packaging need to take action now to help stop people from getting hurt or possibly killed. A quick search on google and you will find plenty of options for professionally designed packaging and empty 510 carts. Anyone, any age, with a debit or credit card can get their hands on these products, fill them with whatever they want and sell it on the streets. Since it looks legitimate, consumers are easily fooled into thinking the liquid inside the cart is as well.

The result? Mass media frenzy using the term vaping and killing an industry that was created by smokers, for smokers, to combat a big tobacco problem.

Is the industry dead or alive? We’re still alive and at this point, it’s too early to give up. We need to fight and spread the truth as much and as quickly as possible. Why is no one is talking about how this all got started in the first place? Easy access to professional packaging that makes black market products look legit. We must keep fighting not only for our businesses, but also for the next smoker that makes the decision to switch to our tobacco harm reduction technology.

Pressure must be put onto online retailers to pull these products. After all, they’re making it possible for the black market THC industry to thrive.

Here’s what I’m talking about:

While I’m sure there’s hundreds more online retailers providing these products, we need to do everything we can to fight for our rights as small business owners and ENDS users to keep this industry alive. According to the CDC, 1315 people will die today due to smoking related illnesses, we MUST fight this public health crises as much as possible. Most of us don’t have the money to go up against big tobacco, big pharma or NGO’s, the least we can do is try to spread the truth in hopes that we will remain in business to fight another day.
