Call To Action – Extremely Urgent.
We need EVERYONE to take the time to call these senators and ask them to vote NO on SB 810 (flavor ban) and SB 1394 (tobacco taxes). Today the senate asked to hold off on voting on these bills in order to negotiate with the House, which we believe they are trying to get the House to adopt language from these bad bills.
We ask that you talk about the following:
Vote NO on SB 1394 because it is a “two step vape tax glide path”, meaning it will guarantee future taxation.
Vote NO on SB 810. Prohibition on flavors will create a black market which will guarantee people get hurt or sick.
We understand that we’ve had many calls to action this session, but again, this is EXTREMELY urgent.
