Along with 1.5 million adult vapers in Florida, I support SB 1080. Unlike SB 810 from 2020, this bill strikes a reasonable balance by protecting children while preserving the freedom of adult vapor users and without shutting down small businesses that support them.

Flavored vapor products are still the most effective way to help adults quit smoking, and this bill’s focus on restricting youth access is key to keeping vapor legal for adults across the state. We are forever grateful for your Veto on SB 810 and we look forward to seeing your continued support of Tobacco Harm Reduction this year.
